Delve into a world of artistic exploration at this weeklong event offering an array of arts and crafts workshops designed to ignite imagination and hone creative skills.
From seasoned professionals to beginners, there’s something for everyone with a selection of half-day and full-day courses.
Oxford Art Safari – a week of artistic workshops
Adult learners, aged 19 and over, can choose from an exciting line up, including:
- Watercolour painting – Immerse yourself in the expressive potential of watercolours and unlock your creative prowess.
- Create your own paper zine – Combine origami and mark making for a journey of creativity and self-expression.
- An introduction to hand-stitching patchwork (English paper piecing) – Unlock the secrets of this age-old craft and create something truly special.
- Reductive woodcut relief printmaking – Delve into the techniques of reductive woodcuts and create unique prints that reflect your style.
- Make your first quilt – Embark on a journey into the world of quilting and explore new avenues of creativity.
- Raku – Experience the magic of Raku pottery with its highly experimental process and unpredictable results.
