Growth and Skills Levy and other apprenticeship funding can only be used where the programme, employer, employee and job role meet current government apprenticeship requirements. Levy funds cannot generally be used for standalone commercial training or higher education tuition fees.
The Lifelong Learning Entitlement is a personal student-finance arrangement between the eligible learner and Student Finance England. Eligibility for a Tuition Fee Loan is not guaranteed and not every course or module will qualify. Learners should review the latest official guidance and consider their personal circumstances before applying.
