I teach flower arranging.
How many years have you been teaching?
I have been teaching for 14 years in various places including Bracknell College, Windsor College, and Windsor Castle.
What do you enjoy about teaching adults?
I enjoy showing learners how flowers can be arranged in an artistic way, enabling each bloom to be seen and appreciated. I find great pleasure in seeing students leave the classroom with a sense of achievement with their finished design, some having never arranged flowers before.
What got you into flower arranging?
My passion grew from my love of gardening and wanting to bring a few flowers into the home. I attended a flower arranging class which I enjoyed so much that I went on to complete qualifications in flower design. I worked in flower shops to gain experience before becoming a freelance florist doing weddings and corporate flowers. The opportunity then arose for me teach so I went on to complete a teaching qualification.

If you would like to be creative using a few supermarket or garden flowers, my classes will give you the confidence to develop your own style and create a variety of floral designs.
