Community Wellbeing

Community Wellbeing programme

Our Community Wellbeing programme offers a series of free, government-funded courses to develop skills, knowledge, and confidence, and improve mental wellbeing for adults aged 19 and over (at the start of the course). Participation can help those managing mental health conditions that have a mild-moderate impact on their daily lives.

These courses are separate from our main adult learning courses and are tailored to support your wellbeing. Please see the terms and conditions section below to see if you are eligible for a FREE place.

If you do not meet the entry criteria, you are still welcome to participate. Many courses can still be accessed free of charge, whilst some will be charged at £5 per hour. Please enquire for further details.

How to enrol

If you would like to join any of the Community Wellbeing courses, please find a course you would like to join, then enquire directly from that course's page.

A Community Wellbeing team member will contact you by phone to provide you with more details and enrol you on your chosen course.

Terms and conditions relating to these courses are below.
