We will acknowledge your enrolment onto the course within 1 working day. Our direct enrolment team will receive your details and will enrol you onto the course. Once you have been enrolled, they will send you an email containing all the information you need to begin the course, this will include the date, time and any materials required.  

For any of our courses that have the “enrol now” button, you will be able to safely pay through PayPal online. Please note you do not need to have a PayPal account, you can checkout as guest. 

You can also enrol and pay for any courses with the "enrol now" button over the phone, please call us on 0800 612 6008 and quote the course code to one of our advisers who will be able to enrol you and take payment. We can also enrol a friend or family member over the phone if you have all the details we require from them, this makes a great gift for anyone. 

For any courses that have the “apply now” button, we will provide you will the various funding and payment options prior to enrolment. Payment will not be required until we have confirmed your place on the course.  

All details of what you need to bring will be on the course details page, once you have enrolled onto your chosen course, you will receive an email within 1 working day confirming what you need to bring with you. This will include the location of the course, date and time.

If you need to change any of your personal details, please contact us on your registered phone number or email address. Once we have confirmed your identity, we will be able to change or update your details. The only exception to this would be a change of name where we will ask you to provide us with evidence.
