Junior Saturday Art Club for 8 -11 year olds

Course overview

Students will enjoy a range of fun, creative and challenging activities.

Our art studios and facilities are second to none and will provide an inspiring environment for you to explore all sorts of creative disciplines. The programme combines a mixture of art, design, and craft.

During this five-week, creative Saturday course for 8 to 11 year-olds, from 10am–noon, students will enjoy a mixture of art, design, and craft.

Students will have the opportunity to experience a range of fun, inspiring and challenging activities.

Learners will receive expert tuition, including the opportunity to take part in a wide range of stimulating activities based at our specialist facilities, workshops, and studios.

Areas they will learn about can include:

  • photography (darkroom and digital)
  • graphic design
  • animation
  • printmaking
  • textiles
  • fashion
  • ceramics
  • 3D
  • painting and drawing

All materials and equipment will be provided, but you will need parental consent.

Enthusiasm and commitment to attend is a bonus.

All 8–11-year olds are very welcome! All abilities will be catered for and activities are varied in each series to accommodate for returning students.

The listed fee covers the 10-hour course.
