Find out about a career in Health and Social Care at City of Oxford College’s Employability Event 

Activate Learning is excited to announce a Health and Social Care Employability Event will be taking place at City of Oxford College on 7 February between 10:30am and 12:30 pm.

Activate Learning is excited to announce a Health and Social Care Employability Event will be taking place at City of Oxford College for people to come along and learn more about a career in the care sector.  

The event will take place on 7 February between 10:30am and 12:30 pm, and will be attended by local employers from the health and social care sector who are actively seeking new staff.  

Some of the roles being recruited for, includes porters, orderlies, receptionists, administrators, care professionals, housekeepers and homecare assistants. 

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the various employment opportunities available locally and understand the next steps needed to pursue them. The event will feature a line-up of esteemed employers, including:

  • Eleanor Care 
  • Camden Society 
  • Order of St Johns 
  • Blue Bird Care 
  • Activate Learning Careers 
  • more to be confirmed 

Claire Golightly, who delivers support to those in work at City of Oxford College said: “This event is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to pursue a career in the health and social care sector.
