City of Oxford College to welcome local jobseekers to Retail Careers Employment Event

City of Oxford College will welcome local jobseekers to their Retail Careers Employment Event on Friday 20 May. 

The event will be held at at New Road Baptist Church, 14 Bonn Square, Oxford, OX1 1LQ.

Visitors are welcome to book a one-hour slot between 10am-12pm to interact with local employers. Here, they can learn more about their current vacancies within the retail industry.

Local employers attending include:

• John Lewis
• Sainsbury’s
• Greggs
• BP services
• Westgate Oxford
• Bicester Village
• among many others!

Susan Lawson, Employer Engagement Specialist at City of Oxford College, said: “This event will shine a light on the myriad of roles and career paths available within the retail sector across Oxfordshire.

“It is an opportunity for people to meet local employers from food to fashion, all looking to fill a host of different positions and understand what it is like to work for them and how to apply for their roles.”

Visitors are invited to book either the 10am or 11am slot.
