The vast majority of today's employees face skill gaps for future green jobs, but with the right training program and learning to fit their current job role, today's workforce can gain an edge in their careers and be future-ready.

Merrist Wood College College is part of the DfE-funded Strategic Development Fund (SDF) project designed to train students in emerging green technologies. Courses have been designed to provide the latest green technology skills to support the upskilling and reskilling of local people.
