This online course will focus on tree planting & climate change, in particular the role that trees play in carbon sequestration​. You will understand the importance of trees in urban areas and of planting trees correctly, as well as the importance of trees and how planting them will have a positive effect on the global climate. 

The online courses break down the awareness of Climate Change into bitesize chunks, including carbon costs and the motivation to reduce emissions as an individual, a community and on an organisational basis. 

Retrofit courses have been designed to address the skills gap within Surrey and Hampshire and what is needed to decarbonise the UK's housing stock.
