Your assessment will include written work, observations, professional discussions, and Q&A sessions. Your Coach will evaluate the work you submit throughout the programme, ensuring you meet the required standards. Additionally, an Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) assessment will review your progress, followed by a final External Quality Assurance (EQA) check conducted by an independent Assessor to validate your achievements and ensure the highest quality of your qualification.
To enrol in this course, you must work in the care sector, as you’ll need to demonstrate competency and knowledge in real-world settings. Applicants must be over 16 years old and eligible to work in the UK.
