The Certificate in Skin Needling is an advanced aesthetic qualification designed for practitioners who already hold a Level 3 beauty or skin-related credential and want to expand into professional microneedling treatments. The course blends dermatological theory, safety standards, and hands-on practice to prepare learners to deliver safe, effective cosmetic skin needling in clinical or aesthetic environments.

You will study the following:

  • Skin Structure and Function – epidermal and dermal anatomy, wound-healing stages, and skin conditions relevant to microneedling. 
  • Advanced Consultation and Client Assessment
  • Microneedling Techniques and Protocols – needle depths, device operation, treatment sequencing, and adapting techniques for different concerns. 
  • Health, Safety and Infection Control
  • Professional Practice and Ethics – record-keeping, client communication, safeguarding, and industry standards

You’ll learn through:
