Course overview
Our language classes provide a fun and relaxed environment and develop your fluency in your chosen language.
Revise and consolidate your language knowledge; enhance communication in speaking, writing, listening and reading. Expand your cultural understanding of countries where the Spanish language is spoken. Gain confidence and deepen your grasp of grammar and language functions.
Semester 1 (October-February): For those with a foundational understanding, 45 hours of prior study is recommended. Enhance fluency and confidence in a supportive setting.
Semester 2 (February-July): Requires 60 hours of prior study. Suitable for refreshing school-learned knowledge.

You will engage in interactive role-plays and group discussions to apply the Spanish language practically. The tutor will use various resources such as videos, games, and handouts—adjusting content based on the group’s pace.
Please note: This course runs term-time only.
You will:

Topics include free time, social activities, inviting people, travel, transport, weather, and expressing feelings.
Please note: This course does not lead to a formal qualification.

- Audio/visual stimulation
- Teacher-led, formal instruction
- Group and pair work
- Discussions
Through fun and engaging role-plays and lively group discussions, you will have the chance to use the Spanish language in real-life situations.
For this course, you will initially need a notebook and pens. Your tutor will let you know about textbooks and other learning materials.
