National Science & Engineering Saturday Club
Course overview
Young people across the country are spending Saturday mornings at their local university, college or museum discovering subjects they love. Saturday Clubs are open to 13–16-year-olds of all abilities and are free to attend.
Joining the National Saturday Club is a unique opportunity to learn new skills, discover talents, meet new people, and find out more about further education, higher education and rewarding careers.
Science & Engineering Saturday Clubs introduce the latest industry thinking and technologies, encourage members to develop practical and analytical skills. They give young people the confidence to explore the industries that quite literally shape the world around us.
Activate Learning is delighted to run this course at its City of Oxford College-Technology Campus at the heart of Blackbird Leys.
Additionally, the Club will take part in a masterclass delivered by industry professionals and exhibit their creations at the Summer Show at Somerset House in London.
