Thai food is based on 4 key elements – salt, sweet, sour and spice. This course will provide you with an introduction to those elements and cover a range of meat and vegetarian-based dishes.
You will gain the confidence and skills to understand the basics of Thai cookery.
You will learn how to implement those 4 key flavours to create a range of delicious Thai dishes.
