Course overview
The course will provide an in-depth look at the principles of correct dog grooming, shaping, and balance to achieve a professional finish. Led by Costin from Groom Team England, the seminar will cover essential techniques, breed-specific styling, and the finer details that set top-level grooming apart.
Groom Team England CIC is a non-profit company.
The aims of the company are to:
- Select a team, through a points system, from the most consistent winning groomers at the time. This team will become Groom Team England and will represent the country at International level.
- Raise funds and sponsorship to enable promotion of the team and cover all expenses when competing at world championships.
- Demonstrate and share knowledge of the profession with all groomers.
- Promote the sponsors
Workshop attendees must bring their own dog and scissors, but all other grooming equipment can be provided. Cages will be available to house dogs during the morning seminar. Further details regarding breed and size requirements will be emailed closer to the date.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided during the day. Those enrolled on the course will be emailed closer to the date for any specific dietary requirements. The course will need to be paid for in full, and refunds will not be provided for non-attendance. Please ensure that you wear suitable clothing for the workshop element and non-slip shoes.
