Screenprinting Intensive

Course overview

Printmaking Intensive is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fully equipped screenprinting studio with guidance and advice from our highly experienced print tutor.

You will learn how to create an edition of screenprints, using the screenprinting processes to take an idea for an image through to a final piece. You will use the presses, wash-out and exposure units and make artworks for photographic and hand-cut stencils for different coloured layers, and print them in order to produce a single multi-layered image.

This course is suitable for those with or without experience; those with experience can make use of the facilities to produce their own screenprinting project. There will also be opportunities to use an etching press during the course.
