There are a limited number of FREE places available on this course, for those aged 19 and over (at the start of the course) and who either have a mental health condition or difficulty, are employed and earning an annual salary less than £17,004 per annum, in receipt of state benefit in your own name and unemployed or working and earning less than £338 per month (or £541 for household claims), are a single parent, or have a social or emotional difficulty. Learn how to improve your portrait photographs during this informative and practical workshop. Under the guidance of our expert tutor, you will work across a range of portrait photography techniques such as formal portraits and headshots to situational portraits and travel shots.

Suggestions on how to put your subject at ease, thereby gaining more relaxed and natural photographs.

Technical knowledge and practical experience to improve your portrait photography now and in the future.

The day will begin with a short tutorial followed by a practical session and peer assessment.

Please bring a digital SLR camera. You may like to bring in photographs you would like to emulate, or some of your own photographs that you were pleased with or would like to improve upon.
