This Level 1 qualification will help you in the planning of your next stage of education, training or work. It supports you in understanding your own strengths, how these abilities relate to potential progression opportunities, and where to source advice.

You will cover the following units:
- Understand your own strengths, qualities, skills and abilities
- Sources of information, advice and guidance for career planning
- How your own abilities relate to potential learning progression and career opportunities
- How to plan for transition to the next stage of education, training or work
Delivery: This course is delivered face-to-face over 2.5 days.
Reading College: Wed-Fri – 3rd week of the month
Assessment: You’ll complete a portfolio of evidence.
On successful completion of this course, you’ll be awarded: Laser Level 1 Award in Personal Career Planning
