Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical Systems – CG 2357-44

Course overview

This Level 3 NVQ qualification is for those working in electrical installation for under 5 years, who have completed Level 2 and Level 3 Electrical Diplomas and want to enhance their employability and career prospects.

It is suitable for those who want to work as an electrician, installing systems and equipment in buildings, structures, and the environment within the electrotechnical industry.

 

You will learn, develop, and practise the skills required for career progression in the electrotechnical sector.

Tutors from the industry with vast experience across the electro-technical fields will teach you in our classrooms and well-equipped facilities and assess you at work.

GCSEs grade 4 (or equivalent) in English and maths

You need to have completed Level 2 and 3 Electrical Diplomas.

You must be working in the industry sector throughout the duration of the NVQ.

On completion of this course, you could progress to a Level 4 qualification.

You will need to purchase/provide IEE Wiring regulations and On-Site Guide. You will also require steel-capped footwear and study equipment such as pens, paper, and a scientific calculator.

Please note: AM2 and preparation for AM2 is not included.
