Community Wellbeing Online: Mindful Mandalas Drawing

Course overview

Geometric compositions created on a base of a circle, known as mandalas, have a deep spiritual meaning in Hinduism and Buddhism. They represent the whole of the universe and can be used to evoke feelings of calm, and channel focus and concentration.

This 1.5 hour online workshop will inspire you to create a basic mandala using circles and shapes. By the end of the session, you will have created your very own Mandala that you can display proudly. All you will need is paper, a pencil, colouring pencils/pens, a compass or something that can create circles and lots of imagination. This will be an interactive session so there will be a demonstration before and lots of examples shown of what can be created.

This is one of our Community Wellbeing courses.
